BOOKING MINIMUM

We require a minimum of 50 guests or an event valued at $850.

allergies

Our food is prepared in a facility that contains nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. Tortillas and tortilla chips are gluten-free per our vendor, MiRancho.

CATERING BUSINESS LICENSE

We are fully licensed in Sacramento County, but events in other jurisdictions may require city-specific permits or temporary business licenses. Any required local fees may be included in your quote to ensure full regulatory compliance for your event.

General liability insurance

Your event's security is our priority. We are covered by $1M in general liability insurance and can readily provide documentation for your venue to guarantee a seamless, protected experience.

CA sales tax

In accordance with California tax regulations, sales tax will be calculated based on the specific location of your event. This rate will be applied to all bookings starting April 1, 2026.

GRATUITY

To provide our clients with full flexibility, gratuity is not included in our booking rates. While never expected, tips are always appreciated.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
A non-refundable $300 fee is required to secure your event.This fee may be applied to a rescheduled event once, provided the new date is within 1 calendar year of the original date. Deposits are non-transferable to other parties and must remain under the original contract holder's name. The remaining balance is due in full one (1) week prior to the event date unless otherwise communicated. We encourage early payment to ensure a seamless experience on the day of your event. Any balance not settled by the due date will incur a 15% late fee.
 
ADJUSTMENTS
You may modify your order up to two (2) weeks before the event. Within two weeks of the event, no removals or decreases are permitted; however, additional items may be added, subject to availability.
